Provisional bookings are held for five working days only, by which time a booking form and deposit should have been received.

A deposit of £100 is requested at time of booking and final balance is due and payable by 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date.  Short break holidays, available low season only, need to be paid for in full at time of booking.

Holidays booked within 8 weeks and short break holidays require full payment at time of booking.

Holidays cancelled before 8 weeks of start will forfeit the deposit only, if subsequently the date is let 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Prices include towels and bed linen gas central heating and electricity.

Welcome tray on arrival.

Please telephone or email the week before your holiday start date in order to arrange key details.

Normal take over time is approximately 3.30pm, it may be possible to change this time by mentioning the week before start of holiday by telephone or email when arranging key details.

You should vacate the property by 10am on the changeover day. 

You are obliged to leave everything clean and tidy as you found the cottage.

You are responsible for any breakages or losses during your stay.  If there are any problems with the cottage whilst you are staying please notify me by telephone sooner rather than later in order we can rectify the matter as soon as possible.

Both cottages are non smoking only.
